Beginners bootcamp

beginners bootcamp starting Monday 6th January 2020

 After selling out every single beginners spot throughout 2019, we are opening up 12 spaces for the first bootcamp in 2020. 


In the beginners we will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Movements like squats, deadlifts, presses amongst a lot of other things. We will help you move better with correct form, and help you feel better by improving your fitness. 


This is a 6 week programme, with the first 4 weeks coming in the form of structured sessions with 2 coaches, focusing on the basics of moving well while slowly increasing the intensity with each week building on the previous. The Final 2 weeks will be a chance to integrate into the normal group sessions on a 2 week unlimited pass. 


Each person will receive a nutrition plan specific to them, and coaching to help implement it, learning about nutrition as you go. 


Access to our performance tracking app, to have a visual of your progress.


Each session will have 2 coaches to ensure even more individual attention throughout the sessions, coaching good form and technique. And plenty of encouragement! 


The biggest thing tho is becoming part of our great community which will make the sessions so much more fun!


BONUS - 2 WEEKS UNLIMITED PASS - integrate into our group classes which are also coached and suitable to all levels, come to as many sessions as you like those 2 weeks!

alternatively you can come along to a session and have a chat, you may not need to go through the beginners. All classes are coached and scalable to all levels!
