You don’t need to spend hours and hours at the gym either, we have found 4 hours a week is enough to see great results, mentally and physically!

CrossFit combines Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Mono-structural (think running, rowing, biking etc) with the aim of developing elite levels of fitness!
CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

Our CrossFit kids classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit to kids from a young age, building a healthy relationship with health and fitness, all while having lots of fun!! We will be catering for our pre school ages (3-6) our kids ages (7-12) and CrossFit Teens (13-17)
