We want to ensure you that we will be following strict guidelines so that you will be training in a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
If You Feel Sick Or Have Symptoms, Stay At Home:
Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we’ve also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms.
Social Distancing:
Coach and clients must remain a minimum of 2 metres apart at all times. There is to be a clear training area for the coach and one for the client to remain in at all times.
Equipment Handling:
Equipment will be handled and cleaned/sanitised by the coach before the session with gloves and then after the session by the client and then the coach.
Hand Sanitizing:
Hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes will be available for the client to use at any time.
Face Coverings:
Clients may bring their own face mask to train with for extra protection.
