Our goal at tribe is to create a great gym experience for those that have struggled to find success or are just fed up of conventional gyms. With progressive programming, good coaching and a great gym community working hard together, you will quickly see progress and feel great after every class!
Fitness is made up of lots of different elements, strength, cardiovascular endurance, power and mobility to name a few, and we work on all these things constantly creating so much variety in every session, you will never do the same workout twice!
We have dedicated strength phases in all our classes as well as a conditioning phase to end the session.
You don't need to spend hours and hours at the gym either, 2/3 hours a week is enough to see great results, mentally and physically!
At Tribe we strive to be different, we have created an environment where you can come along and feel welcome and part of a community! At Tribe people will know your name! The gym should not be a scary, intimidating or lonely place!
One of my goals as the coach is to create a positive and enjoyable place to come work out, where going to the gym is no longer a chore, but the part of your day you actually look forward to! I want you to come, work hard and have fun! Everything we do at the gym is scalable to all fitness levels, and progressions are easy to see.
We don't only focus on the training programmes, you will learn about nutrition as well. I don't believe that restrictive diets, that are not sustainable are any good. I teach methods that you can implement into your daily life that ARE sustainable, and in a sensible healthy manner which keeps in line with your individual health and fitness goals, and still enjoy some of the foods you enjoy from time to time!
On joining you will be provided with nutrition targets specific to your goals and advice on how to implement them!

I’m Sam, owner and coach at Tribe. I am married to Ruth, dad to Ellie who is nearly 2, and expecting another one in a few weeks, and I understand finding the time to train is not easy!
